Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Kitchen Assistant to work the night shift, focused on agile sandwich assembly and ingredient preparation in compliance with GMP, while maintaining an organized work environment. Opportunity: Kitchen Assistant (Night Shift) **Location:** Botafogo, Rio de Janeiro Responsibilities and Tasks * **Assembly:** Agile execution of sandwiches and portions, maintaining focus on final product quality and standardization. * **Preparation:** Pre-preparation of ingredients strictly adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * **Maintenance:** Ongoing cleaning, sanitization, and organization of the work environment and equipment. Requirements * Proven experience in this role, with specific expertise in sandwich assembly. * Dynamic, proactive profile with high standards for hygiene practices. * Discipline and availability to work night shifts. Compensation and Benefits * **Base Salary:** R$ 1.800,00. * **Performance Bonus for Excellent Performance:** Up to R$ 200,00 (tied to productivity targets). * **Potential Total Compensation:** R$ 2.000,00. * **Benefits:** On-site meal and Transportation Voucher (R$ 10.00 per day). Work Schedule * **Hours:** 5:55 PM to 2:15 AM. * **Rotation:** 6 days on, 1 day off (one weekly day off, including one Sunday off per month).
