




Job Summary: Kitchen Assistant responsible for food pre-preparation and preparation, kitchen organization and cleaning, and storage of food items. Key Highlights: 1. This includes cleaning equipment, utensils, and work surfaces. Storage and Inventory Control: The Kitchen Assistant may also be responsible for receiving and storing food items, as well as assisting with inventory control. Skills and Competencies: To perform the role of Kitchen Assistant, it is important to have basic culinary knowledge, food hygiene and safety awareness, good communication skills, ability to work in a team, and agility.
