Work requiring organization, agility, and attention to detail Job Description: We are seeking an organized, proactive, and responsible General Services Assistant with experience in short-term rental properties (e.g., Airbnb, Booking, etc.). This professional will be responsible for ensuring cleaning, organization, and preparation of properties to welcome guests, guaranteeing an excellent guest experience. Key Responsibilities: Perform thorough cleaning and organization of properties between reservations; Change bed linens, bath towels, and restock basic amenities; Inspect the overall condition of properties (basic maintenance and damages); Assist with check-in and check-out procedures; Communicate with the team regarding restocking and maintenance needs; Ensure quality standards and property presentation; Occasional logistical support (simple purchases, laundry, etc.). Requirements: Prior experience in short-term rentals (an important differentiator); Experience in general services/cleaning; Organization, agility, and attention to detail; Responsibility and punctuality; Good communication skills; Availability to work on weekends and holidays (rotating schedule); Easy access to the work area. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with platforms such as Airbnb, Booking, or similar; Basic maintenance knowledge; Previous professional references. Compensation: starting from R$2.500,00 per month Work Location: On-site
