**Job Description / Responsibilities:** Verify, prepare, and issue test reports, and perform critical analysis of results. Attend to and provide technical support to clients. Coordinate with external providers (outsourced laboratories) to incorporate results into the system. Monitor various projects, addressing the specific requirements of each. Track and consolidate data regarding delivery deadlines and result release timelines. Input technical information into project and bidding systems to meet requirements from environmental agencies. Provide support to external users (clients) in using the myLIMS portal. Receive, triage, and register samples, critically evaluating their condition with respect to homogeneity, temperature, pH, volume, container, chain of custody, and other aspects as stipulated by ISO/IEC 17025. Record sample conformities and non-conformities in the system. Label and preserve sample kits, when necessary. Scan chains of custody and forms into the system. Control and organize inventory and supplies. **Desired Education and Experience:** - Technical or undergraduate degree completed in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Biology, or related fields. Active CRQ / CRBIO registration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience working in environmental testing laboratories. Experience with reporting systems (e.g., MyLIMS) is a plus. Previous experience providing client service.
