The **Production Assistant** is responsible for supporting activities related to the receipt of raw materials, separation, verification, counting, assembly, and packaging of products on the production line. This professional contributes to ensuring that production processes are carried out efficiently and in accordance with the company's quality standards. **What will you do?** * Assist in receiving raw materials, verification, product counting, following detailed instructions. * Operate machinery (stamping, embroidery) and production equipment according to established procedures. * Perform visual inspections and simple tests to ensure product quality. * Keep the work area organized and clean, following safety and hygiene regulations. * Supply the production line with necessary materials to maintain process continuity. * Participate in training sessions and team meetings for procedure updates and improvements. * Support packaging and preparation of products for shipment. * Meet production targets and quality goals set by the company. **What do you need to have?** * High school diploma completed. * Previous experience in a production environment or similar roles is considered a plus. * Ability to follow instructions and work at the pace of a production line. * Skills in operating machinery and manual tools. * Attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. * Availability to work shifts, if necessary, according to demand. * Availability to work on a 6x1 schedule (Monday through Saturday).
