**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Responsible for managing and expanding the corporate (PJ) client portfolio, offering financial solutions aligned with business needs, ensuring regulatory compliance, achieving commercial targets, and strengthening trust-based relationships with companies of all sizes. **Requirements:** Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields **Technical Knowledge:** Personal credit, investment, pension, and insurance products; Cooperative credit systems, regulations/regulatory frameworks, and legal aspects; Digital platforms and self-service tools for corporate clients (Internet Banking, mobile apps, and integration APIs); Technology solutions for business management (ERP systems, bank reconciliation, and electronic bills); Use of CRM and BI tools for portfolio management; Trends in corporate financial services, such as Open Finance, PIX, and digital credit. **Proficiency in:** Consultative sales techniques targeting the corporate market; Financial markets. **Desirable:** Experience managing corporate (PJ) portfolios; Experience managing agribusiness (Agro) portfolios; ANBIMA CPA or C\-Pro R certification.
