




Job Summary: Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure full operational functionality and company infrastructure. Key Highlights: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on refrigeration and air conditioning systems. 2. Carry out maintenance of building electrical systems and infrastructure services. 3. Ensure workplace safety and proper conservation of materials. Execute preventive and corrective maintenance services on equipment and facilities. Respond to service requests from other departments and units, contributing to maintaining company equipment in full working condition. Identify material requirements and request supplies according to technical specifications for service execution. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on refrigeration, ventilation, heating, and air conditioning systems; conduct tests, lubrication, and adjustments on refrigeration and air conditioning systems; * Install and uninstall air conditioners, ACJ, and split units; * Specify materials and accessories; * Charge refrigeration systems with refrigerant fluid; * Conduct tests on refrigeration systems; * Perform maintenance on building electrical systems across company units; * Install refrigeration piping; * Clean and unclog drainage systems; * Install air conditioner drain lines; * Complete equipment maintenance checklists; * Perform general electrical maintenance tasks as needed to address infrastructure deficiencies; * Submit procurement requests for the department by identifying needs, aiming to fulfill internal requirements; * Conduct small-scale purchases via petty cash to enable necessary procedures; * Report incidents—such as component failures, material shortages, breakages, and other irregularities—to immediate supervisors using designated forms to rectify identified issues; * Transport materials and equipment between units or dispose of them as required, providing internal departmental support; * Use materials, tools, and equipment correctly by handling them in accordance with established norms and procedures to preserve their integrity; * Maintain materials through cleaning and proper storage to prevent damage or loss; * Ensure workplace safety by performing tasks that comply with organizational safety criteria and requirements to prevent accidents during and after service execution; * Operate company vehicles to perform assigned tasks in compliance with internal regulations and traffic laws to meet requested demands;
