Job Summary: Conduct periodic patrols, inspect access points, assist remote concierge services, and respond to emergency calls, documenting incidents and advising residents. Key Highlights: 1. Inspect security equipment and provide guidance on regulations ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Conduct periodic patrols in condominiums, inspecting access points, common areas, and identifying potential irregularities; Act as on-site support for remote concierge services, assisting with incident response and handling; Verify the functionality of security equipment, cameras, and access control systems; Respond to emergency calls, traveling to the site when necessary; Document incidents and activities in a system or report, ensuring information traceability; Advise residents, visitors, and service providers regarding condominium security regulations. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Driver's license category A; Availability to work on a 12x36 shift schedule; Experience with remote concierge services (Preferred); Personal transportation (Preferred). ### **JOB BENEFITS** Benefits club Gym incentive Employment type: Permanent CLT Shift: 12x36 Fuel allowance Meal voucher Transportation voucher Work location: On-site ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract:** CLT
