Come contribute to our success! **About the Position** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Corporate Attorney. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide legal advisory services for the company, ensuring security in corporate operations, preventing legal risks, and guaranteeing compliance with applicable legislation, with emphasis on corporate law. * Draft procedural documents according to strategy, under guidance from the immediate supervisor; * Submit documents for review by the Legal Advisor and/or Legal Coordinator; * Enter protocol information into the internal litigation tracking system; * Request negotiation-related information and mandatory documents from the department responsible for the contract request; * Draft and review contracts in accordance with current legislation and case law; * Validate contract drafts with the Legal Advisor and submit them for approval by the responsible management team; * Maintain records of contract scope and deadlines; **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Law * Registration: Active OAB registration. **Additional Information** * Work location: Simões Filho * Employment type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) * Working hours: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM * Salary: Market-competitive * Benefits: Company-provided transportation, on-site cafeteria, profit-sharing program, medical assistance, and dental assistance.
