Strong decision-making ability Performs access control and inspection activities for people and goods at cargo docks and shopping mall entrances, verifying access authorizations, invoices, and identification documents. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Availability to work on a 12x36 shift schedule, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (shifts may run from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM); * Completion of a Doorman Agent and/or Security Guard course is a plus. For **internal candidates**, the following additional requirements apply: * Minimum of 6 months of employment with the company or in the current role; * No legal sanctions within the last 6 months; **Additional Information** * Commitment to the principles of hospitality: commitment, knowledge, belonging, discipline, agility, kindness, proactivity, collaboration, communication, and enthusiasm; * Focus and attention to detail; * Strong decision-making ability; * Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
