We are looking for a **Network Coordinator** to assume a strategic role—leading people, driving improvements, and contributing to the evolution of our infrastructure. **Your Challenge** Ensure the availability, stability, and performance of the network infrastructure by leading the team and actively participating in technical and strategic decisions within the area. **Your Daily Responsibilities** * Coordinate and develop the team; * Plan, implement, and maintain the network infrastructure; * Ensure operational availability, performance, and security; * Monitor KPIs and promote continuous improvement; * Identify risks and propose technical solutions; * Participate in infrastructure expansion and modernization projects; * Collaborate with other departments to support company growth. **The Profile We Seek** More than technical knowledge, we seek someone who enjoys developing people, making decisions, and delivering results.
