Job Summary: The professional will supervise the outsourced team, ensure proper operation of equipment and lane markings, guide employees, assist in pre-shift meetings and maintenance, and manage financial and administrative routines. Management of financial and administrative routines Supervise outsourced company staff (supervisors, foremen, yard attendants, cashiers, checkers, valets, parking operators, video operators, and receptionists). Verify that all equipment is fully operational. Inspect and adjust lane markings within the condominium to prevent operational issues. Guide outsourced staff on dress code, conduct, behavior, and potential equipment operation questions. Support outsourced pre-shift meetings regarding procedures and motivation. Assist equipment maintenance technicians with minor repairs and programming of entry/exit barriers, parking cashier booths, self-service kiosks, parking space display panels, servers, and breaks. Provide customer service to condominium residents. Handle all financial and administrative routines: financial reconciliation (verify that bank deposits match daily revenue), RPS (Revenue Payment Receipts), submission of daily reports, claims monitoring, and tracking of parking incidents.
