Focus on commercial results and customer service **Location:** Euclides da Cunha **Position:** Store Manager **Salary:** R$ 2.000,00 \+ 0.5% commission on sales \+ commission on daily target **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday **Working Hours:** 44 hours per week **Description:** The Store Manager position is responsible for full management of store operations, ensuring achievement of commercial results, excellence in customer service, and internal process organization, as well as leading and developing the sales team. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Experience managing teams * Availability for relocation and travel * Completed high school education (college degree is a plus) * Prior experience in store management or retail leadership **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage overall store operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning * Monitor goals, results, and performance indicators (KPIs) * Conduct periodic training sessions and feedback with employees * Ensure adherence to customer service standards * Guarantee compliance with company policies and processes * Plan and execute strategies to increase sales * Control inventory, product verification, and restocking * Monitor sales flow and team performance * Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team * Ensure store organization and cashier area arrangement * Handle conflict resolution and customer support **Benefits:** * Opportunity for career growth within the company
