Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for customer service, product presentation, merchandise replenishment, sales registration, and shopping environment organization. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and product presentation 2. Stock replenishment and merchandise organization 3. Sales registration and parking lot organization Ensure high-quality customer service; approach customers with product presentation and information from the sales floor. Replenish retail grocery and closed-box products; return merchandise upon customer cancellation; perform daily routines according to established standards; ensure all wholesale and DUN segment merchandise is properly registered at the POS when transferred from one cart to another; pack purchased merchandise for customers; collect, clean, and organize customer shopping carts in the parking lot.
