**Responsibilities and Duties**
#### **Your Day\-to\-Day Will Include:**
* Supervising the sales promoter team, guiding them on company execution strategies and conducting technical meetings and training sessions;
* Ensuring merchandising excellence while identifying negotiation opportunities to enhance market competitiveness;
* Visiting clients to monitor commercial policy implementation across each establishment segment, guaranteeing product portfolio visibility and maintenance at strategic locations;
* Visiting Points of Sale (POS), verifying the organization and placement of promotional materials;
* Overseeing equipment and merchandising installation at Points of Sale (POS), ensuring correct setup.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
#### **What You Need to Have:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields;
* Commercial experience;
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite;
* Technical knowledge in trade marketing;
* Driver’s license, Category "B".

* Hold a bachelor’s degree.
