If you identify with our purpose, let’s imagine and engineer the future together? **Responsibilities and Assignments** **Brief Description:** Responsible for operational technical support to planning and control of gold mining expansion projects. Collects, consolidates, and processes physical progress data from construction fronts, supports schedule updates and preparation of progress reports, contributing to integrated time and scope control of the project. **Main Responsibilities** * Collect and consolidate physical progress data from construction fronts from contractors and field teams, ensuring consistency and reliability of information. * Support periodic updates of schedules in Primavera P6 or MS Project, entering progress percentages, actual dates, and completion forecasts. * Prepare S-curves for physical and financial progress, labor and materials histograms, and weekly and monthly progress reports. * Support weekly and biweekly lookahead planning with construction teams, identifying constraints and pending items for release of work fronts. * Monitor project performance indicators (SPI, CPI) and report deviations to the Planning Engineer for analysis and corrective actions. * Support planning document control: archiving baselines, progress reports, meeting minutes, and change records. * Participate in planning meetings with contractors and field teams, supporting information gathering. * Support preparation of project status presentations for management meetings. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * Technical course in Building Construction, Mining, Electromechanics, Mechanics, Industrial Administration, or related fields (mandatory). * Ongoing undergraduate degree in Engineering (Civil, Production, Mining, or related fields) is a plus. * Courses in Primavera P6, MS Project, or other planning tools are advantageous. **Experience:** * Experience in civil, industrial, or mining construction planning. * Experience updating schedules and preparing progress reports is a highly relevant advantage. **Technical Knowledge:** * Practical knowledge of MS Project and/or Primavera P6 for schedule updating and report generation. * Excel (intermediate/advanced) for control spreadsheets, S-curves, and histograms. * Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) and SPI/CPI indicators. * Familiarity with reading schedules and EAP/WBS structures of industrial projects. **Additional Information** **Job Characteristics:** * Employment Type: Regular Office (On-site) * Work Location: Jacobina/BA * Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM **Benefits Included in the Position:** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance * Totalpass Partnership Discounts and partnerships with various educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas — and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
