With an encouraging and supportive culture, R2T strives to ensure its employees learn to work as one unified family—aiming for customer satisfaction, professional achievements for our staff, and recognition for the company. **Responsibilities**: Learn, through SENAI courses and on-the-job training at the company, fixed-line telephone installation and maintenance using fiber-optic networks. **Requirements:** * Be aged between 18 and 21 years; * Currently enrolled in or have completed high school; * Possess all required documentation; * Be proactive and demonstrate initiative; * Show interest in learning telecommunications networks; * Be available to complete the theoretical phase over six months; * Driver's license category B is desirable. **Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 810.50 * Transportation allowance * Optional medical and dental assistance * CLT employment regime **Working Hours:** * 4 hours per day. * Monday to Friday.
