Its mission is to facilitate young people's entry into the workforce and promote professional development. **Responsibilities:** Prepare, decorate, and finish cakes, desserts, pies, cookies, and other confections, ensuring a balance among flavor, texture, and presentation. Plan daily bakery production, organizing preparation steps and quantities. Prepare doughs, fillings, and frostings following recipes and quality standards. Operate production equipment such as ovens, mixers, and other bakery tools. Conduct quality control of prepared products. Assist in inventory management of ingredients and raw materials. Maintain workplace organization and hygiene, adhering to food safety regulations and good handling practices. Perform other tasks related to bakery routines. Previous experience as a Pastry Chef, Bakery Assistant, Cake Decorator, or Pâtissier Baker may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
