Join our purpose! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Review the pending items report and process them according to priority—based on health plan closure deadline, account value, and timeframe; * Receive pending authorization requests from the Billing Department; * Prepare medical opinion forms and submit them to the External Auditor; * Request extensions, procedures, OPME (Orthopedic, Prosthetic, and Medical Equipment), medications, or exams; * Identify the need for updated medical reports and retrieve them from the PEP system; * Monitor pending items until authorization is granted; * Forward cases involving delayed authorizations due to commercial negotiations to the Commercial Department; * Verify post-authorization details and authorize the MV billing slip; * Attach resolved pending items to the corresponding MV billing slip in the CLIPE system; * Close accounts after verifying authorization; * Release resolved pending items to the Billing Department. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Experience in Authorization Centers; * Ability to concentrate; * Organizational skills; * Discipline; * Initiative; * Strong communication skills; * Proficiency with information systems, preferably MV2000; * Good interpersonal skills; * Ability to interact effectively with external stakeholders; * Systemic understanding of the billing workflow; * Focus on results; * Teamwork orientation. **Additional Information** Availability to work from Monday to Saturday.
