We are plenty of opportunities to grow and develop in a truly dynamic and easy\-going environment.### **Main Mission:** Support the Human Resources department in the **structuring, organizing, and executing of Training \& Development routines**, contributing to consolidating capacity-building, onboarding, people development, and organizational culture strengthening at **Yokohama TWS**. **Responsibilities:** * Support the **organization and management of the annual training calendar** (operational, behavioral, and mandatory); * Provide logistical and administrative support in the **execution of internal and external training programs** (invitations, attendance lists, materials, venues, and records); * Support the **onboarding process for new employees**, including organizing materials, schedules, and follow-up; * Assist in **updating controls, spreadsheets, and T\&D indicators** (training hours, participants, legal records); * Support the **organization of content, presentations, and instructional materials** used in training programs; * Contribute to **structuring processes and routines within the training department**, helping standardize workflows and records; * Support initiatives related to **leadership development, organizational climate, and culture**, where applicable; ### **Requirements** **Education (currently pursuing):** * Technical Course in Human Resources * Psychology * Business Administration **Desired Knowledge:** * Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint); * Interest in Training \& Development, Corporate Education, or People Management; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility; * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
