Focus on efficiency, agility, and safety The Logistics Assistant is a professional who supports the operational activities of the logistics department, aiming to ensure efficiency in the flow of goods and materials within the company. They participate in various stages of the process—from product receipt to dispatch—assisting in organizing, controlling, and moving goods, always focusing on meeting demands in an agile and safe manner. Main Responsibilities: * **Goods Receipt**: Conducts verification and registration of received products, checking quantity, quality, and compliance with orders. * **Storage and Inventory Organization**: Assists in organizing inventory, ensuring products are stored appropriately—maintaining batch control, expiry dates, and facilitating item identification. * **Inventory Control**: Assists in physical stock counts and maintaining inventory records, contributing to accuracy of information regarding items in stock. * **Order Picking and Dispatch**: Prepares orders for shipment by picking and packing products according to specifications, ensuring correct delivery to customers or designated units. * **Delivery Routing and Tracking**: Assists in scheduling delivery routes, monitoring delivery status, and resolving any issues arising during transportation. * **Reverse Logistics Support**: Collaborates in return and exchange processes—organizing items for return, tracking return flow, and assessing condition of returned goods. * **Documentation and Process Control**: Assists in completing control documents such as invoices, delivery reports, and inventory control forms.
