THE SOCIAL SERVICE FOR TRANSPORT (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORT TRAINING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (CNPJ/MF) under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of registrations for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice. **1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process is intended to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who are approved may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process will be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any updates/corrections thereof; its execution will be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND SALARIES OFFERED 2\.. The Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Information Technology) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, such as dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units, extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Work schedule and shifts will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call-up, and the candidate must indicate availability for the established schedule. A candidate who declines the position due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **WORKLOAD:** 22 hours **SALARY:** R$ 2519\.88 **UNIT:** Avenida Eduardo Froes da Mota, 35 BI \| Feira de Santana BA \- 44094000 **Job Summary\*\* :** \*\* Responsible for facilitating students' learning process in Professional Development activities conducted by the Operational Unit (courses, lectures, and seminars). **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY):** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** COMPLETED BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN COMPUTER SCIENCE, COMPUTER ENGINEERING, INFORMATION SYSTEMS, COMPUTING ENGINEERING, OR RELATED FIELDS. Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC) and/or; b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (only applicable for up to 180 days following degree completion). **EXPERIENCE:** PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN DELIVERING TRAININGS OR COURSES IN THE FIELD OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, PROGRAMMING, AND/OR NETWORK MAINTENANCE. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer's statement containing the issuer's CNPJ number, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and type of service performed, along with a description of duties carried out; b) Or copy of the Worker's Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including identification page and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the target position (only if the CTPS entry title matches that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item "b" above if the job title alone is insufficient to prove experience.
