All applications must be submitted exclusively through our official channels. **Responsibilities and Duties** * We are seeking a Senior Resource Geologist to join our technical team, with direct responsibility for geological modeling and mineral resource estimation for base metals; * Responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency, and technical compliance of resource models, providing strategic support to planning and operations teams; * Develop, update, and validate geological and mineral resource models; * Perform resource estimations using geostatistical techniques; * Ensure quality control (QA/QC) of drilling data, chemical assays, and geometallurgical data; * Integrate diverse data sources to support the definition of geological, structural, and mineralogical domains and behaviors; * Prepare and review technical reports compliant with international reporting standards (e.g., NI 43\-101\); * Collaborate closely with mine planning (short-, medium-, and long-term), mining, and geometallurgy teams to optimize model definitions and operational strategies. * Ability to prepare technical presentations and communicate results clearly and concisely. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Geology, Geological Engineering, or related fields; * Proven experience in base metal mining; * Strong background in geological modeling and mineral resource estimation; * Proficiency in software such as Leapfrog, ISATIS, and others; * Advanced English (written and spoken); * Postgraduate degree or Master’s in geostatistics is desirable. **Additional Information** * Competitive salary; * Health and dental insurance plans; * Group life insurance; * Private pension plan; * Pharmacy allowance; * Meal allowance; * Profit-sharing program (PLR); * Chartered transportation; * Gympass; * Supplementary assistance; * English language allowance; * Educational allowance; #### **We are ERO, one of Brazil’s leading producers of copper and gold.** **We are part of a global group headquartered in Canada with a strong presence in Brazil.
