Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing mechanical diagnostics, following training programs, keeping tools and vehicles organized, and managing reports and customer communication. Key Highlights: 1. Perform mechanical diagnostics and monitor performance. 2. Keep the toolbox and vehicle clean and organized. 3. Report efficiency losses and additional services. · **Perform mechanical diagnostics.** · Complete all courses outlined in the JDU (DS) learning path. · Maintain a clean, organized, and complete toolbox. · Use the SIMOVA system correctly; · Know and monitor weekly productivity targets and metrics; · Properly open and track DTACs; · Keep the vehicle clean, organized, and roadworthy; · Immediately report efficiency losses or additional services requested by the customer to the base; · Complete reports and service orders (OS). Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.400,00 - R$4.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
