YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Greet customers arriving at the parking facility; • Identify whether customers are authorized users (sticker displayed on vehicle rearview mirror), monthly subscribers, or condominium residents; * Verify cash register balance at the start of your shift; * Operate cash register equipment in garages and parking facilities (issuing vehicle entry and exit tickets); * Manually issue vehicle entry tickets (recording license plate number, brand, and model); * Safely and prudently maneuver vehicles to designated parking spots (in accordance with parking facility standards); * Deliver vehicles to customers; * Organize vehicle storage within the garage; * Maintain constant vigilance; * Promptly report to the Supervisor any refusal to present credentials; * Complete the end-of-shift cash register closing report. REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: * Completed elementary education; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (CNH) Class B; * Proficiency/knowledge operating both manual and automatic transmission vehicles; * Integration and Collaboration; * Engagement; * Productivity and Efficiency; * Customer-Centric Mindset.
