Job Summary: Senior Infrastructure Analyst responsible for supporting and evolving the IT environment, leading digital transformation initiatives, process standardization, and technological modernization with cross-functional involvement across the group. Focus on maintaining stable, secure, and efficient infrastructure We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Analyst with technical experience and strategic vision to support and evolve the IT environment. The professional will be responsible for maintaining stable, secure, and efficient infrastructure, as well as leading digital transformation initiatives, process standardization, and technological modernization. This is a cross-functional role supporting all group companies, with direct interaction with end users, managers, and technical teams. **Main Responsibilities** * Administer and maintain servers, networks, cloud environments, and corporate infrastructure * Ensure system availability, security, and performance * Monitor and resolve medium-complexity incidents * Lead and support digital transformation projects * Implement continuous improvements in infrastructure and connectivity * Develop and update IT manuals, policies, and procedures * Conduct technical training and guide end users * Support system and technology integration across group companies **Technical Requirements** Bachelor's degree completed in Information Systems or related fields Postgraduate degree (preferred) **Mandatory Knowledge:** * Corporate networks (Windows and Linux) and connectivity * Virtualization (VMware) * Cloud computing * Firewalls (FortiGate, pfSense, or MikroTik) * Routers and network infrastructure * SNMP-based monitoring (Zabbix / Grafana) * ITSM (GLPI) * Backup and maintenance of Dell and HP servers * TOTVS system infrastructure * Python scripting * API integration and usage Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Desired Education: Information Technology, Bachelor's Degree * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Subsidy * Free parking for employees * SESI partnership * Wellhub (formerly Gympass)
