This position reports to the Global Director of IGA and is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting IGA technologies and processes that ensure secure and efficient identity and access management across the organization. The Senior Engineer will collaborate closely with global and cross\-functional teams to deliver technical solutions, drive automation, and support the continuous evolution of our access control standards and practices. **Responsibilities** **Technical Leadership and Solution Delivery** * Design, implement, and maintain IGA solutions aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. * Collaborate with the Global IGA Director and other stakeholders to translate strategic vision into executable engineering tasks. * Serve as a technical subject matter expert on IGA technologies and integrations. * Evaluate, configure, and optimize IGA platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, One Identity) for performance, scalability, and security. * Develop and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures. **Automation and Process Improvement** * Promote integration of automation and artificial intelligence to streamline IGA processes and increase operational efficiency. * Identify process improvement opportunities and proactively implement solutions to reduce manual effort and mitigate risks. * Support adoption of DevOps and Agile methodologies within the IGA engineering team. **Access Control and Governance** * Implement and enforce identity access controls per corporate policies, standards, and guidelines. * Support development and maintenance of identity and access management standards and procedures to ensure consistent and secure handling of identity and access data. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess program effectiveness and support continuous improvement. **Risk and Compliance** * Identify and assess risks associated with identity and access management processes. * Ensure compliance with relevant security policies, audit requirements, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA). * Support audit activities and provide evidence of compliance when required. **Cross\-Functional Collaboration and Governance** * Partner with key stakeholders across the enterprise to define and govern adherence to IAM capability requirements managed by other teams—including Multi\-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign\-On (SSO), and related identity services. * Ensure alignment of IGA engineering efforts with broader IAM strategies and standards. * Serve as the technical liaison to support integration and interoperability among IAM platforms and services. **Collaboration and Support** * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams—including IT, security, and business stakeholders—to deliver IGA solutions and resolve technical issues. * Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. **Qualifications** ------------------ * Experience in Identity and Access Management, with emphasis on Identity Governance \& Administration engineering. * Hands\-on experience with leading IGA technologies and platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, One Identity). * Strong understanding of access control principles, security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), and regulatory requirements. * Experience designing and implementing IGA solutions in large, complex enterprise environments. * Knowledge of IAM platforms (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, Entra ID). * Proficiency in scripting, automation, and integration of IGA technologies. * Familiarity with DevOps and Agile methodologies in security contexts. * Excellent problem\-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field. * Fluency in spoken and written English. * Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) are a plus. **Additional Information** -------------------------- Serasa Experian is much more than you imagine.
