





**Job Description:** The Generalist Attendant is the professional responsible for providing direct customer support, working flexibly across various customer service areas. Their primary function is to ensure a positive customer experience by delivering information, clarifying questions, recording requests, and forwarding issues to the respective departments. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide customer service via telephone, WhatsApp, email, or in person * Deliver information regarding company products, services, and processes * Record and track tickets, requests, and complaints using the CRM system * Perform customer registrations and update customer data in the system * Support basic administrative tasks * Route issues to the appropriate departments and monitor their resolution **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Basic knowledge of computer systems and CRM software **Behavioral Competencies:** * Proactivity * Empathy and courtesy in customer interactions * Ability to work under pressure * Problem-solving focus and teamwork orientation Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Salary: R$1,600.00 – R$1,800.00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Customer service experience and CRM usage (Mandatory)
