Focus on quality and efficient communication **Job Description:** ---------------------- Responsible for receiving customers, understanding their needs, creating service orders, preparing estimates, monitoring technical execution, and ensuring vehicle delivery with quality. Acts as the liaison between customers and the technical team, ensuring clear, efficient communication aligned with the company's and manufacturer's defined standards for quality, safety, and service.
