We suggest regularly checking your inbox as well as your spam folder to ensure no important communications are missed. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Full management of Recruitment and Selection processes. * Structuring and organizing HR processes. * Supporting and organizing Personnel Department processes (in coordination with Accounting). * Organizing employee documentation. * Supporting timekeeping, hiring, and termination processes. * Structuring internal HR department processes. * Supporting internal communication. * Organizing internal training sessions. * Supporting leadership on people-related matters. * Supporting the development of basic HR metrics. **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:** * Organization. * Proactivity. * Clear and concise communication. * Ability to structure processes. * Autonomy. * Professional demeanor. * Attention to detail. * Discretion and confidentiality. * Ability to operate in a technical and regulated environment. **HIRING COMPANY INFORMATION:** * **Company:** Confidential. * **Work Location:** Salvador/BA. * **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws contract). * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break, plus alternate Saturdays. Requirements: * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Proven experience in HR (generalist or strategic). * Experience in recruitment and selection. * Knowledge of HR metrics and cost control. * Advantage: Experience implementing HR processes. * Advantage: Experience in clinics or the healthcare sector. * Advantage: Experience in organizational culture and employee engagement. * Advantage: Performance- and results-oriented profile, particularly regarding financial outcomes.
