RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, hydraulic, and building installations. Perform minor repairs on doors, furniture, walls, floors, and other structures. Support maintenance of non-medical equipment (air conditioning, lighting, pumps, and others). Monitor third-party service providers when necessary. Record performed activities in spreadsheets, work orders, or internal systems. Maintain organization and proper care of tools and work materials. Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and hospital protocols. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Mandatory: Completed High School Education NR10 Certification Desirable: Previous experience in the field will be an advantage.
