Service Manager

Description

We are seeking a professional with leadership qualities, organizational skills, and a results-oriented mindset to serve as a Service Manager, responsible for coordinating base operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of operational and administrative activities at the unit. The candidate must demonstrate team management capability, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, thereby ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to established deadlines. Key Responsibilities * Manage base operations, ensuring organization, productivity, and compliance with safety regulations; * Monitor the operational workflow for receiving, warehousing, order picking, and shipment of goods; * Lead operational teams, promoting alignment, discipline, and a results-driven focus; * Ensure adherence to delivery and installation deadlines for operations; * Maintain the physical infrastructure, equipment, and overall organization of the base; * Control the use of the fleet and operational equipment; * Guarantee compliance with occupational safety standards and internal company processes; * Conduct inventory tracking and audits. Requirements * Completed high school education or currently pursuing higher education; * Prior experience in leadership roles within operational teams (e.g., logistics, warehouse, shipping, or similar); * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational control systems; * Willingness to travel and/or relocate; * Valid driver's licenses A and B; * Availability to work in an operational environment and adapt to a dynamic routine; Preferred Qualifications Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; Experience in high-volume operational environments with critical deadlines; Knowledge of occupational safety standards applicable to operations (preferred); Experience in process improvement and organizing operational routines. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the furniture and home appliance sector. * Familiarity with logistics performance indicators. * Experience in fleet and distribution management. * Intermediate Excel proficiency.
