Come build your professional journey. **Join our team!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate the company's relationship with communities within the project's area of influence, promoting continuous and transparent dialogue. * Plan and monitor social programs and local development initiatives aligned with corporate guidelines. * Support addressing community demands by seeking collaborative and sustainable solutions. * Lead community engagement activities, local meetings, and outreach activities with stakeholders. * Monitor the social context of communities, identifying opportunities for improvement and preventing potential social risks. * Manage the team and service providers involved in community engagement activities. * Support environmental licensing processes and socio-environmental commitments related to communities. * Prepare reports and indicators for the area, ensuring monitoring of actions and outcomes. * Work in an integrated manner with internal departments such as Environment, Communications, Sustainability, and Operations. * Represent the company before communities and local institutions, strengthening relationships based on trust and partnership. * Maintain institutional relationships with community leaders, associations, municipal public agencies, and local representative entities. * Ensure adherence to international social performance best practices, including references such as ICMM, IFC Performance Standards, and GISTM where applicable. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Environmental Management, Social Communication, Social Work, International Relations, Environmental Engineering, Law, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Sustainability, ESG, Social Management, Conflict Mediation, Public Management, or related areas will be considered an advantage. * Prior experience in community relations, corporate social responsibility, or socio-environmental management, preferably in mining, energy, infrastructure, or large-scale industries. * Experience working with rural and/or traditional communities will be considered an advantage. * Experience coordinating teams or managing social and institutional projects. * Knowledge of environmental licensing processes and socio-environmental conditions. * Understanding of stakeholder management and community engagement. * Familiarity with ESG practices and corporate social performance. * Experience preparing reports, indicators, and monitoring action plans. * Basic knowledge of applicable socio-environmental legislation. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). * Experience with demand management tools, incident reporting systems, or corporate systems will be an advantage. * Knowledge of Power BI or data analysis tools will be considered an advantage. * Strong interpersonal communication and active listening skills. * Ability to mediate and resolve conflicts. * Organizational, planning, and prioritization skills. * Collaborative attitude and ease of interaction with diverse audiences. * Ability to operate effectively in dynamic, multidisciplinary environments. * Willingness to conduct fieldwork and engage frequently with communities. * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). * Willingness to travel when necessary. * English language proficiency will be an advantage **Additional Information** * Willingness to reside in the Jaguarari region. #### **We are Ero, one of Brazil’s leading copper and gold producers.** **We are part of a global group headquartered in Canada with a strong presence in Brazil.
