Job Summary: Lead and guide the travel monitoring team, ensuring safety, meeting deadlines, managing incidents, and tracking performance indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Manage operational incidents and analyze risks * Lead and guide the monitoring team, assigning tasks and tracking performance. * Monitor trips in real time, ensuring operational safety and deadline compliance. * Monitor tracking platforms, TMS, and risk management systems. * Manage operational incidents, focusing on prevention and resolution of deviations. * Track performance indicators (KPIs) and propose continuous improvement actions. * Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) for support and delivery. * Conduct operational risk analysis and define preventive and corrective action plans. * Prepare managerial reports and dashboards to monitor results. * Provide support to operational teams, drivers, customers, and other company departments. * Supervise and develop the team, promoting training and operational alignment. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and safety regulations. * Participate in managerial meetings, presenting results and proposing process improvements. Compensation: Up to R$2.684,85 per month Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Education allowance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Proven experience in real-time travel monitoring; Familiarity with tracking platforms and risk management systems (Raster, OpenTech, Sascar, Omnilink, Buonny, Pamcary or similar); Experience with TMS (SSW, ESL, Senior, Rodopar or equivalents); Ability to anticipate operational issues before they impact customers; Tracking of delivery SLAs and incident management; Proficiency in working with KPIs, dashboards, and advanced Excel; Analytical, organized profile with a focus on continuous process improvement; Experience leading or coordinating monitoring teams is a significant advantage Work Location: On-site
