At Aviva, we serve with passion for people; therefore, we seek a candidate who is continuously developing, open-minded, capable of overcoming obstacles, and eager to contribute fresh ideas. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What You Will Do:** Responsible for ensuring the development of Aviva’s Strategic Projects Portfolio within the Corporate Roadmap, through full scope decomposition, monitoring, formalizations, communication, *reports*, and other actions, based on an internal methodology (built upon the best and most suitable PMBOK and Scrum practices for Aviva), providing consultative support and guidance to project leadership using project management rituals and tools—from concept through closure—while operating corporately (Rio Quente Resorts and Hot Park in Goiás, and Costa do Sauípe in Bahia) as well as in new business initiatives, covering strategic portfolios including Growth, Structural, Operational, *Backoffice*, Commercial/Sales, and Innovation. Responsible for mapping and formalizing project stakeholders’ expectations and decomposing and monitoring, together with all project fronts, all required actions/tasks to achieve expected objectives—serving involved areas (*stakeholders*), motivating and monitoring responsible parties to fulfill their commitments, thereby ensuring proper execution of the Corporate Strategy. Responsible for expanding and strengthening Aviva’s Project Management System (Project Management Culture), guaranteeing application of the methodology, training, and development of tools and initiatives aimed at supporting and controlling corporate improvement. Required to fully comply with all methodologies defined by the area for appropriate execution of projects under responsibility (full scope decomposition, stakeholder register, project tool management, monitoring, formalizations, communication, *reports*, status presentations and assessments, among others); Responsible for preparing and updating all project documentation and artifacts: Project Charter (PC), scope, WBS, schedule, meeting minutes, formalizations, presentations, Project Closure Report (PCR), among others; Responsible for methodological support and guidance, acting as a “consultant” to project leadership seeking assistance from the Corporate PMO, ensuring proper application of Aviva’s established project management practices; Also responsible for promoting and conducting recurring project governance and monitoring rituals—including kick\-off meetings, control point meetings, follow-ups, and all other necessary agendas for project progress. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree with emphasis in Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * Specialization in Project Management, Processes, Business, or related areas. * Experience in project execution/governance.
