





MISSION: Support the management of contracts and costs for the Operational Directorate, with a focus on operational and financial efficiency, safety, and quality at VINCI Airports in Brazil, promoting governance and organizational consistency. EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related fields. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: * Familiarity with contractual compliance, SLAs, and risk management; * Advanced English; * Advanced Power BI and Excel. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Finance, Contract Management, or related areas (preferred). * ISO 9001 Auditing certification. Experience conducting internal and external audits related to contracts and costs. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Map, organize, and monitor all operational contracts, including validity periods, values, SLAs, and legal compliance; * Prepare, update, and track the Directorate’s annual RFP (Request for Proposals) schedule; * Implement contract measurement and control methodologies, including performance indicators (KPIs) and periodic reporting; * Participate in internal contract audits, identifying non-conformities and improvement opportunities, and proposing corrective actions; * Support and participate in projects aimed at implementing improvements and efficiency initiatives for operational contracts; * Support management by facilitating periodic meetings to monitor and align operational contracts; * Organize and maintain up-to-date digital and physical contract archives, ensuring traceability and documentary compliance; * Support the preparation and review of annual operational management budgets (CAPEX and OPEX); * Support financial analyses of OPEX and CAPEX; * Support monitoring of OPEX and CAPEX execution; * Develop and monitor the Directorate’s financial KPIs; * Prepare managerial reports and comparative cost analyses to support decision-making by the Operational Directorate; * Analyze financial and contractual data, transforming them into strategic information for decision-making; * Identify trends and patterns in data, proposing improvements to cost and contract management. **Why join us?** Our purpose is: CONNECT TO TRANSFORM But what does “Connect to Transform” mean?
