Monitoring processes and service orders Description: If you: * Have completed high school; * Hold a Category B driver's license (CNH); * Have basic computer skills; * Possess knowledge of automotive mechanics. * The \#GrupoNewChase is your place! * Develop customer service and service sales approaches by consulting the customer's history in the system and conducting consultative interviews to maximize sales opportunities and deliver excellent service. * Perform simple mechanical repairs and part replacements by disassembling the engine and vehicle components using appropriate tools and equipment to ensure proper vehicle operation. * Monitor service sales processes by completing the vehicle intake inspection checklist, issuing Service Orders (S.O.) via the system, verifying the vehicle owner's documents, and delivering customer satisfaction surveys for completion, ensuring accurate information flow within the department. * Monitor open Service Orders (S.O.s) by querying the corporate system to finalize the vehicle process. * Track billing and sales scheduling metrics by querying the corporate system to organize customer service activities and establish sales strategies. * Attend in-person and web-based manufacturer training courses according to the course schedule provided by the Human Resources Department to ensure certification and maintain the manufacturer-defined performance index. * Perform other tasks assigned by the department manager. * Record daily work hours in accordance with the Group's Code of Ethics to comply with current labor legislation. 2512060202191849612
