You will be responsible for managing databases and managerial dashboards, ensuring data quality and reliability, and leading outbound strategy operations—supporting continuous optimization of the acquisition funnel and enhancing commercial effectiveness. Candidates are considered for our positions without distinction based on race, color, religion, gender or gender identity, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, ancestry, or age. **YOUR CHALLENGES** * Structure, analyze, and maintain managerial and commercial databases. * Develop performance reports and analyses for results tracking. * Perform customer segmentation and behavioral analysis to support commercial strategies. * Execute customer journey workflows and outbound campaigns. * Support sales forecasting and goal setting. * Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, and Sales to identify opportunities for improving the acquisition funnel. * Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability used by the department. * ️ **YOUR TYPICAL DAY:** * Updating and organizing commercial databases. * Planning and executing outbound strategies. * Regularly creating reports and dashboards. * Monitoring performance metrics. * Supporting studies and analyses for decision-making. * Participating in alignment meetings with partner departments. * Proposing improvements to analysis and reporting processes. **WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:** * Has prior experience with CRM and marketing automation (HubSpot is a strong plus). * Has previously designed and managed email marketing journeys and automation workflows. * Possesses strong analytical skills and comfort working with data, metrics, and KPIs. * Is proficient in Excel / Google Sheets. * Can effectively bridge Marketing and Sales functions, communicating clearly and collaboratively. * Is organized, proactive, and capable of autonomously managing priorities. * Demonstrates curiosity, critical thinking, and a constant drive to improve processes. * ️ **Is available to work onsite at our office in Salvador/BA.
