This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who wish to work in a dynamic environment with high technical standards. **Position:** Commercial Operations Analyst **Work Location:** Camaçari \- BA **Summary of Responsibilities** * Participate in commercial and/or contractual meetings with clients alongside other Enerflex departments; * Support the Commercial and Operations teams in reviewing draft contracts; * Finalize commercial service proposals; * Support the Operations team in administrative contract management; * Develop and monitor contract-related KPIs; * Conduct customer satisfaction surveys for contracts. **Main Duties and Responsibilities:** * Support the Commercial team in analyzing draft contracts to formulate pricing for long-term contracts (tenders, public bids, price quotations, etc.); * Manage contract KPIs to track agreed-upon results; * Periodically monitor contract performance indicators; * Plan follow-up actions with customers to close proposals; * Prepare and present contract KPI reports and results to the Operations team; * Manage internal activities of team members; * Participate with the Operations team in meetings focused on Contract Management with clients. **Position Specifications, Qualifications and Skills:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Economics, Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering; * Desired experience: 1 to 3 years; * Excellent oral and written communication skills; * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency; * Knowledge of KPIs and various performance indicators; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); * Ability to create presentations and strong PowerPoint expertise; * Strong interpersonal skills, dynamic personality, resilience to frustration, ability to work under pressure; personal responsibility and initiative in solving daily problems; * Willingness to travel or relocate to locations where the company conducts operational activities across the national territory; * Ability to lead and resolve internal team and/or client conflicts swiftly and decisively; * Customer focus; * Planning; * Organization; * Effective communication; * Teamwork. **What We Offer** * Opportunity to work alongside highly qualified professionals in the energy sector; * Competitive market-aligned salary and allowances, based on work location; * Meal allowance; * On-site cafeteria; * Bradesco Health and Dental Plans; * Life insurance; * Profit-sharing program (PLR); * Educational subsidy (languages, undergraduate and technical courses); * Optional private pension plan; * Optional wellness benefit (WellHub – Gympass); * Transportation assistance. **About Us:** Transforming energy for a sustainable future.
