Desirable requirements: * Additional courses in cabling and telecommunications networks. * Ensure the proper functioning of the quality management system; * Perform site assessment and infrastructure evaluation, based on project understanding for execution; * Identify the necessary tools required for project execution; * Assist in cable pulling and splicing, FTTx, GPON, BACKBONE and structured network infrastructure; * Prepare cables for splicing operations, inspect for defects, and configure routers; * Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance to keep the optical fiber network operational; * Work under technical supervision following quality, safety, hygiene and health standards; * Ensure efficient use of resources (tools, PPE, materials, etc.) to promote cost savings; * Perform other tasks related to the position as directed by supervisors; * Understand and comply with quality policy guidelines; * Understand and follow regulatory procedures related to your activity and department; * Organize individual or shared workspaces; * Perform installation and repair of Network and Optical Fiber cables; * Assist in corrective and preventive network maintenance; * Ensure workplace safety for team members and individuals involved in the process; * Assist in fiber splicing.
