Focus on quality, hygiene, and safety in production **Responsibilities:** * Perform cuts and preparation of products according to quality standards. * Assist in machine operation (grinding, smoking, packaging). * Carry out weighing, sorting, and portioning of food items. * Support packaging activities, verifying weight, labels, and expiration dates. * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the area per Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Comply with safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Assist in handling and storage of raw materials and finished products **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Availability to work in shifts and rotating schedules. * Prior experience in industry or production line is desirable. * Attention to detail, responsibility, and discipline regarding hygiene and safety regulations. * Ability to work effectively in a team. Preferred Qualifications: + Experience in the food industry. + Training in food handling or production operator courses.
