It is essential to possess the ability to lead teams; design and monitor recruitment, development, performance, and talent retention processes; and leverage data and metrics to support decision-making. We also seek someone skilled in conflict mediation, influencing leaders, and reinforcing organizational culture on a day-to-day basis. We value professionals who demonstrate ownership mindset, organization, analytical thinking, and who foster a collaborative environment aligned with Amarante’s values and sustainability practices. **What challenge will you face here?** The main challenge will be to structure and consolidate the People function at the resort, ensuring talent attraction, development, and retention within a dynamic and growing environment. This includes leading high-volume recruitment processes, developing the People team, and ensuring consistent application of performance management and organizational culture practices. You will also be challenged to work strategically with leadership teams—supporting team management, decision-making, and team evolution—while monitoring departmental metrics, managing budgets, and ensuring implementation of training, development, and succession programs.
