Develop studies, plans, designs, and general specifications. Review designs and conduct construction inspections, executing work in compliance with competent authorities. Monitor construction schedules to ensure timely project delivery. Prepare and monitor budgets. Conduct material and equipment quantity takeoffs. Work with performance indicators and targets. Demonstrate strong management skills to efficiently organize tasks. Handle multiple demands simultaneously. Position based in João Pessoa / PB. Previous experience as a Junior Civil Engineer, Structural Designer, Civil Engineering Assistant, or Building Technician may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor's degree required.
