**Positions Available** ---------------------- 2 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in activities related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 2 Foremen/Forewomen to support various operations carried out by the Autonomous Management Office of Asturias. **Workplace** -------------------- * Principality of Asturias Address: Viella \- Siero **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Organization of the process and workflow for assigned construction works * Monitoring and supervision of the execution of specific construction tasks * Layout and construction of work units * Supervision and coordination of the work team * Proposal of procedures, materials, and techniques; technical guidance to team operators * Monitoring compliance with occupational health and safety measures by team members * Control of equipment and construction machinery * Supervision and verification of work processes and outcomes; monitoring compliance with acceptance conditions for completed works * Quality control procedures for construction works. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements must be substantiated by attaching the following documents, as applicable, in the “Annexes” section of the application (or during the selection process): * Official academic qualification certificate or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Employment record and/or employment contract verifying the required professional experience. * Annexes documenting practical training, where applicable, verifying the required academic experience. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Official Spanish vocational training qualification (CFGM or CFGS) in a specialty enabling performance of the duties associated with this position: + Higher Technician in Forestry and Natural Environment Management + Technician in Natural Environment Exploitation and Conservation + Higher Technician in Construction Works Organization and Control (qualification recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat for Universities) ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish driving license (Class B) * Eligibility to formalize a trainee/fixed-term training contract aimed at acquiring professional practice linked to the required qualification (for this purpose, no more than 3 years may have elapsed since completion of the qualification, or 5 years if a disability certificate is provided; nor may the candidate have previously entered into such a contract linked to the same qualification for over 6 months). **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Documented user-level training in Word and/or Excel * Documented user-level training in ArcGIS and/or QGIS * Documented training in AutoCAD * Documented occupational health and safety (OHS) training — basic prevention course (60 hours, including 20 hours of face-to-face instruction) or official certification permitting performance of preventive resource duties * Documented training relevant to the duties of this position (exceeding 300 hours) ### **Prior Experience** * From 1 day up to 6 months performing duties as a forestry foreman/forewoman (professional, academic, or both) **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract of approximately 6 months’ duration, with possibility of extension for another 6 months, if applicable.
