You could be one of them! Job Description \-You will manage collective transportation, ensuring efficiency and quality in services provided to our employees and third parties. This position will be responsible for monitoring contracts, conducting measurements, and proposing improvements, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. You will interact directly with third-party companies and internal departments, supporting resolution of requests and administration of logistics-related routines. **Key responsibilities include:** * Manage collective transportation contracts and measurements, ensuring service compliance and quality. * Monitor third-party service providers, tracking KPIs and SLA adherence. * Plan and control bus routes, schedules, and occupancy levels. * Support budget preparation and control for the area, analyzing expenditures and ensuring alignment with forecasts. * Interface with internal departments and suppliers to align processes and resolve requests. * Prepare reports, controls, and performance presentations using tools such as Excel and Power BI (preferred). * Contribute to route and process improvement studies aimed at optimization and cost reduction. * Ensure response to emergency requests and support during maintenance shutdowns. * Address employee and partner transportation needs by providing agile support and clear communication. **Qualifications \-The profile we seek for this role:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related fields. * Proven experience in transport logistics, contract management, and measurement activities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office for spreadsheet and presentation creation/management. * Willingness to travel. * Knowledge of Power BI is a plus. **Additional Information \-Why join our team?** We are a company committed to turning our beliefs and values into reality.
