We invite you to be part of something bigger. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **General Job Objective** * Verify and process invoices, material withdrawal requests, and logistics documents; * Perform inventory control, counting, and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and traceability; * Review and keep updated standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for Inbound and Outbound; * Execute material purchases and assist in controlling the area's cost center; * Support Logistics Analysts in operational and administrative activities; * Monitor receiving, palletizing, storage, and supply processes for raw materials and finished products; * Promote collaboration between Outbound, Inbound, and Manufacturing areas to drive process improvements; * Actively participate in factory loss & gain teams and inventory processes; * Participate in, comply with, and uphold all Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality activities at Garanhuns Factory, in compliance with legal and Unilever requirements; * Understand and apply PSM (Process Safety Management) and Combustible Dust Control concepts in the area; * Ensure maintenance of implemented management systems such as FSSC:22000 and FWS-SHE in Inbound and UMS. **EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED** **Education:** ------------- * Currently pursuing a higher education degree; * Intermediate-level Office Suite skills; * Experience in inventory control and purchase orders is desirable; * SAP experience is desirable; * Availability to work 100% on-site in Garanhuns. **Behaviors:** ------------------- * Standard Of Leaderships * Purpose \& Service (Purpose And Service) * Personal Mastery (Personal Mastery) * Agility (Agility) * Business Acumen (Business Acumen) * Talent Catalyst (Talent Catalyst) * Consumer Love (Love For The Consumer) * Passion For High Performance **At Unilever, inclusion is at the heart of everything we do.** We welcome applications from all backgrounds and are committed to creating an environment where everyone can thrive/succeed.
