




Stands at the front of the store, ready to serve in-store and online customers, consistently maintaining an attentive posture and effective communication for high-quality service. * Accurately record orders and relay them to production; * Receive orders via WhatsApp, social media, phone, and delivery apps; * Pick items according to orders and pack them in bags; * Answer questions regarding the menu, prices, promotions, and delivery timeframes; * Coordinate deliveries with motorcycle couriers; * Register sales in the system or control spreadsheet; * Monitor payment methods and perform cash register closing; * Consult the production team about product availability before enabling delivery apps; * Resolve customer complaints or delivery issues; * Maintain courteous and professional communication, even in conflict situations; * Keep the workplace consistently clean and organized; * Assist in cleaning tables in the dining area whenever necessary; * Assist in cleaning the store during shift changes or at closing.
