




We are looking for a **Financial Administrative Trainee** to support the company’s administrative and financial routines, with frequent interaction with internal departments and contact with international partners and suppliers. This position is ideal for those who wish to build a career in finance within a dynamic and multicultural environment. **Responsibilities** * Support administrative and financial routines, such as document control, file organization, and support for internal processes. * Assist with **accounts payable and accounts receivable**, verification of journal entries, and payment follow-up. * Support the preparation of financial reports and management controls. * Support billing processes, simple reconciliations, and budgetary controls. * Communicate with suppliers and customers, including internationally, using **English and Spanish**. * Support internal and external audits, when required. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure organization, adherence to deadlines, and information quality. **Requirements** * Undergraduate degree **in progress or completed** in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related fields. * **Intermediate or advanced English** (reading, writing, and speaking). * **Intermediate or advanced Spanish** (reading, writing, and speaking). * Basic knowledge of **administrative and financial routines**. * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with emphasis on **Excel**. * Analytical, organized profile with strong willingness to learn.
