Ability to adapt and work in a team JOB OBJECTIVE: Execute and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities in medium- and high-voltage electrical substations, ensuring reliability, safety, and efficiency of electrical systems. Coordinate and guide field electrician teams, ensuring compliance with technical standards, safety procedures, and established deadlines. Completed technical education in Electrical Engineering with active registration at CREA. Minimum 1 year of experience in electrical substations. Knowledge of substation protection, control, and command systems. Certification for working at heights (NR 35) and electrical work (NR 10 — basic and SEP); valid driver's license category B. Basic computer proficiency for report completion and activity tracking. Proficiency with digital checklists and photographic reports via mobile application or e-mail; full availability for travel and work across various locations including **Pernambuco, Paraíba, and Rio Grande do Norte**; availability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by the contract. KNOWLEDGE: Microsoft Office Suite SKILLS Technical and operational leadership. Agility in decision-making. Strong communication skills with team members, engineers, and inspectors.
