




JOB OBJECTIVE: Carry out and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities in medium- and high-voltage electrical substations, ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of electrical systems. Coordinate and guide field electrician teams, ensuring compliance with technical standards, safety procedures, and established deadlines. Completed technical training in Electrotechnology, with active registration at CREA. Minimum 1 year of experience in electrical substations. Knowledge of substation protection, control, and command systems. Training in working at heights (NR 35) and working with electricity (NR 10 – basic and SEP); valid driver’s license category B. Basic computer skills for completing reports and activity tracking. Proficiency with digital checklists and photographic reporting via mobile application or email; full availability for travel and work in various locations including **Pernambuco, Paraíba, and Rio Grande do Norte**; availability to work during night shifts, weekends, and holidays, as required by the contract. KNOWLEDGE: Microsoft Office suite SKILLS Technical and operational leadership. Agility in decision-making. Strong communication skills with team members, engineers, and supervisors.
